Who We Are?
A Brief History of Amine Saoud
I was born on January 21, 1986, in M’Sila, Algeria. I obtained my Baccalaureate in Science from the University of Continuing Education (UFC) – M'Sila Center, and on April 25, 2010, I graduated with a Senior Technician Diploma (bac +2) in Industrial Electronics from the INSFP Institute in M’Sila.
In 2011, I began my career as a laboratory technician in university research labs in M’Sila, where I worked for two years, gaining valuable hands-on experience in applied electronics.
On April 13, 2013, I joined the Algerian Electricity and Gas Distribution Company (a subsidiary of the SONELGAZ Group), where I spent four years as a senior technician in the Electrical Power Systems sector. My role included conducting technical studies and supervising the implementation of 60 KV power networks, as well as overseeing the construction of major infrastructure projects from initial studies to execution—such as high-voltage transformers and reinforced concrete structures.
During this time, I also established a small private electronics lab in my home garage in M’Sila, where I independently designed and produced PCB boards for both university students and local factories during my free hours.
On July 13, 2017, I relocated to Europe to expand my expertise and exposure to international markets. I spent seven years working as a freelance PCB layout designer, collaborating with clients across various sectors—including the Italian aerospace and defense company LEONARDO, among others—further refining my technical and design skills.
One of the most important milestones in my career was the invention of the Unification of Microcontrollers Technology (UMT Platform) — a groundbreaking approach designed to standardize and unify the way different microcontrollers are programmed and deployed through a simple, AI-compatible platform.
Building upon this innovation, I officially founded my startup Pro_Amine LLC on April 22, 2025, now based in the United States. The company is focused on developing next-generation technologies, including NanoKit Integrated boards, NanoKit-iM (integrated Module), the Pro_Amine IC, and the Pro_AmineUMT IDE — all built on the core principles of UMT Platform (Unification of Microcontrollers Technology).
The UMT platform is designed to revolutionize embedded system development by replacing outdated and fragmented methods traditionally used by chipmakers and device manufacturers. It delivers a unified development environment where developers can seamlessly access and integrate advanced technologies — including the Pro_AmineUMT IDE platform — with any physical microcontroller system in record time and with minimal complexity.
At Pro_Amine, I believe that artificial intelligence should be embedded into the core of embedded systems development. We leverage AI not only to enhance functionality, but also to automate prototyping, accelerate testing, and unlock entirely new possibilities in microcontroller-based system design. UMT is that platform.
Invitation to Collaborate and Invest
As the Founder, CEO & CTO of Pro_Amine LLC, I am actively seeking collaboration with leading companies and visionary investors. Our platform is built to scale and requires a talented team of highly skilled and creative engineers ready to shape the future of microcontroller integration.
We invite investors and technology partners to join us in transforming the embedded systems industry with UMT Platform. Together, we can redefine how developers interact with the physical world—faster, smarter, and with AI at the core.
